Graduate Recruitment Consultant: 3 Spaces Available for an ASAP start!! Hungry for success and earning £50k in your first year? I am exclusively partnered with boutique recruitment agency in the finance space looking to add 3 graduate recruiters to the team! This is an opportunity to get 1-on-1 training with the founder who is in the top 1% of recruiters in the UK, in terms of billings! This opportunity is perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven, and wants to see consistent and merit-based progression. Why this is a GREAT opportunity: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Base salary of £28k
• Uncapped commission on top of your base salary...expect to take home £50k in Year1
• OTE Year 2= £70k+
• Get promoted to consultant within 9 months... promotions based on merit and hitting targets
• Hands-on training: get one-on-one time with the founder and learn quickly for access to senior team members
• Early finish Friday + 1 day WFH
• Incentive holiday trips: previous locations include Mykonos, Barbados and Barcelona
• Annual Ski trip to the French Alps
• Support and assistance towards home ownership and financial planning
• Continuous learning & development – you will not hit a ceiling with your progression! What you will be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
• Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
• Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business
• Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
• Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties About you: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
• Degree-educated with a grade of 2:1 and above (subject doesn't matter)
• Strong work experience to prove what hard graft looks like
• Personal and professional achievements, such as sports or awards
• Evidence of being money-motivated and goal-orientated
• Energetic and friendly – being able to build rapport is so important!
