Junior Business Analyst and Tester

Job Role: Junior Business Analyst & Tester Location: Glasgow, UK - Hybrid Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35 Note: No Sponsorship Provided :

• Need Hands on 2 to 4 years with Business Analyst & Tester will work closely with payroll stakeholders and third-party payroll vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• The role will analyse Workday data, payroll processes, file structures, and data formats to ensure requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, payroll teams, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Design and execute functional, integration, and data validation testing to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, test planning, defect management, stakeholder communication, and implementation support.
