- Hybrid 3 days onsite in Bournemouth area SR2 is supporting a client looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This is a hands-on BA role focused on understanding end-to-end business processes, uncovering cross-functional dependencies and ensuring requirements are properly defined before entering delivery. Key experience:
- Strong end to end process mapping: As-Is / To-Be
- Cross- functional dependency and impact analysis
- Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of systems, integrations and data flows
- Discovery workshops and senior stakeholder management
- Agile technology delivery, backlog refinement and UAT You'll work across Technology and the wider business, helping connect people, processes, systems and data and identify the downstream impact of proposed change.
