Junior ERP SaaS Consultant

The Functional Consultant assists customers with implementing Oracle enterprise applications solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with customers, implementation teams and partners. He/she will have implementation expertise spanning the full implementation cycle and be adapt at implementing Oracle applications (SaaS/On-Premises) functionality. As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

• Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design
• Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state
• Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit or operating location
• Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration
• Implementing and configuring applications
• Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
• Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues Responsibilities
• Collaborate with customers to gather and document customer business requirement
• Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required
• ;Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customers
• Work with customers to implement and configure ERP solution to support customer business requirements
• Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to work within project teams and collaborate cross-departments
• Work collaboratively within a project team both on and off customer sites
• Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
• Assist in delivering client facing workshop
• Define detailed functional requirements
• Work with technical teams to design, develop and test automations and integrations
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project deliver
• Train and mentor team member
• Achieve or exceed billable utilization target
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certification s Qualification
• Recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, et
• 1+ year of experience in application/SaaS implementation, fresh graduates are also welcome!
• Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role
• Ability to guide customer based on leading practice
• Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written

• Able to learn new products and technologies on the job quickly
