Location: Reading / Hybrid

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Full-time / 40 hours per week

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Dealer Relationship Executive to join our team and support the management of our UK dealer network.

You will play an important role in maintaining strong dealer relationships, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to deliver excellent service across our network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within the automotive, leasing or fleet sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for dealer queries and provide day-to-day support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network.
• Support the onboarding of new dealer partners.
• Assist with dealer meetings, reviews and performance updates.
• Monitor dealer performance and prepare reports and internal updates.
• Help resolve order and delivery queries by working with internal teams and dealers.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate dealer records and compliance documentation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident, with a genuine ability to build positive working relationships.

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A professional and confident telephone manner.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Previous experience within automotive, leasing, fleet or financial services would be advantageous, but is not essential. Experience with CRM systems, data reporting or vehicle funding products would also be beneficial.
