Description Head of Transformation Portfolio Planning responsibilities:

• Develop and implement portfolio planning strategies to align with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end portfolio budget, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Oversee team-level expense management and headcount planning in alignment with demand
• Provide insights and analysis to inform prioritise and enable senior management decision making
• Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization process for change initiatives across the business.
• Maintain a clear view of demand vs. capacity and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Lead the preparation of portfolio forecasts and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the portfolio and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
• Support decision-making processes with data-driven analysis.
