- Coordinating scheduling and use of therapy spaces, working with clinical colleagues to make visits well organised and consistent
- Managing budgets, resources and costs alongside the CEO, with broader financial accountability developing over time
- Owning billing, payments and collections across the centre's funding routes
- Listening to families, anticipating needs and resolving issues sensitively, continually improving the service as the centre develops Ideal Profile We welcome candidates from family and children-oriented environments, premium hospitality, health and wellness, and other high-touch service settings. You may already be a General Manager, Centre Director or Operations Director, or be ready to step into broader responsibility. - A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership in an entrepreneurial, privately funded environment
- A commitment to safeguarding and the ability to work closely with clinical leadership
- Experience helping to open, build or substantially develop an operation would be ideal Healthcare experience is welcome but is not required. The ability to create an exceptional family experience and build a disciplined operation is central to the role. Why Join? This is an opportunity to establish a pioneering children's neuro-rehabilitation centre, with scope to take on broader responsibility as the centre develops into a multi-site operation.
