Content and Programme Director
at WXOWe're hiring: Content and Programme Director at WXO. Most content roles begin with a channel: What should we publish on LinkedIn? What should go in the newsletter? This role begins with a more important question: What do experience professionals need to know, who do they need to know – and how can WXO be as useful to them as possible? The Content and Programme Director will identify the questions that matter, then turn the answers into reports, briefings, frameworks, articles, videos, websites and live programmes. They'll own: Experience Briefings and the State of the Experience Economy WXO's websites, including the development of what comes next London Experience Week's content programme and other events, including our Campfires The WXO Awards The intellectual content of future courses, standards, credentials and professional products This is a senior, hands-on role. We need someone who can set the editorial direction – and then research, write, edit, interview, publish and programme. Someone who can move comfortably between shaping an important new framework and fixing a running order before an event goes live. We also need someone who thinks like a product person: understand our members / users / the wider experience industry, then identify the challenges, form a hypothesis and find the smallest useful way to test it. Ship quickly, examine the evidence, and decide whether to stop, change or scale. The goal is not simply to produce more content. It is to help WXO's best ideas travel, become useful and establish authority for the organization and the profession. In short, find what works: Create → test → measure → learn Then, make it matter: Package → distribute → establish authority → build the profession If you have exceptional editorial judgement, love turning complex ideas into useful work, are comfortable learning your way through uncertainty, and want to help shape the future of the Experience Economy – we'd like to hear from you. To apply, email hello@worldxo.org with your CV and “Yellow Berries Fly Fast” in the subject line. Also tell us: 1 reason why you'd like the job, 1 reason why you're the right person for it, and 1 thing you think is interesting in the experience world right now.
