Deployment Manager, Autonomous Vehicle Infrastructure

Key Notes Charging and maintenance infrastructure for autonomous vehicles begins with UK launches before expanding across Europe. At least five years of relevant infrastructure experience is required, alongside a suitable degree or equivalent practical experience. You will manage sites through permitting, power upgrades and commissioning; travel may reach 25%, and a valid driving licence with a clean record is required. What You'll Work On

• Lead sites through assessment, permitting, power upgrades, construction and commissioning, handing charging and maintenance infrastructure to Operations.
• Coordinate utilities and design teams on capacity, site layouts and equipment, resolving technical constraints and preparing workable construction packages.
• Procure contractors and manage budgets, schedules, quality and safety, reporting milestones and resolving changes or field issues during delivery. What They Are Looking For
• Experience: Five or more years in infrastructure deployment, design, permitting, utility coordination or construction, including end-to-end projects and contractor management.
• Technical: Permitting, electrical-infrastructure and construction knowledge, including AC/DC systems, transformers, switchgear, protection and electrical or mechanical diagrams.
• Technical: Design and project-management tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD or Procore, plus effective coordination across concurrent projects.
• Qualification: A relevant engineering, construction, architecture or design degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility: Frequent European travel up to 25%, a valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Preferred: Fast-charging, maintenance-depot or wider transport-infrastructure deployment experience.
