ERSGSenior Estimator – Power | Transmission & Distribution Region: Regional flexibility - UK based Sector: Power & Energy | T&D | Civils & Building We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing Power & Energy team, supporting major Transmission & Distribution projects across the UK. The role will focus on substation infrastructure, civils and building works, leading estimating and tendering activities from enquiry through to submission . Key responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil & building estimates for Power T&D projects
- Develop first-principles estimates and cost plans
- Support PQQs, tenders and pre-contract activities
- Review drawings, specifications and scope
- Engage with the supply chain for competitive pricing
- Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions We're looking for:
- Senior Estimator / Estimator experience within Power T&D, utilities or energy infrastructure
- Strong civils & building experience, ideally across substation projects
- Experience across both Transmission and Distribution schemes
- Strong pre-contract, tendering and commercial experience
