We're working with a leading international law firm on a vacancy within their highly regarded Employment practice, advising some of the world's best-known businesses on complex UK and cross-border matters. This is a genuinely broad role combining high-level advisory work, major international projects and contentious employment matters. The team regularly handles:

  • Global restructuring and organisational change.
  • Discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations matters.
  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
  • Senior exits, confidentiality and protection of business interest.
  • Employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing transactions.
  • Data protection and increasingly complex workforce issues. There is a significant international dimension to their work; associates regularly coordinate employment advice across multiple jurisdictions, working with colleagues across the firm's global network. The team is looking for an experience employment lawyer, likely around 4-8 PQE, with strong technical foundations and the confidence to lead matters and workstreams. Experience of restructurings, cross-border projects and managing Employment Tribunal claims would be particularly valuable. For more information, please contact harrisonstiles@hydrogengroup.com
