AI Project Delivery - International Consulting Firm

On behalf of a leading global consulting firm, we are seeking skilled technologists who can execute AI and data-focused delivery projects into financial institutions and insurers. The role:

• Design and implement responsible AI solutions by deploying the latest AI technologies with guardrails and controls to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows, uplifting customer experience and driving efficiency using the latest AI technologies such as Open.AI, DeepSeek, Qwen and other innovative LLM models.
• Help deliver solutions utilising leading big data platforms and cloud technologies using advanced analytics solutions such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Hortonworks, Cloudera.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies, define data quality expectations, optimize data workflows, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Requirements:
• 3 – 10 years' experience delivering complex technology projects into large scale organisations. The preference would be that you have worked either within financial services or insurance or have worked with a vendor delivering into these institutions.
• 3+ years' experience working directly with AI and/or data platforms.
• Experience in assessing the feasibility of proposed agentic, LLM and other AI solutions, evaluate key challenges and risks, and design POC to validate the solution hypothesis.
• Project delivery toolset experience in a variety of tools from large vendors such as Microsoft, Google, Informatica, Amazon – plus experience using non-traditional tools would be an advantage (e.g. open source, Chinese tools).
• Experience in broad project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies. Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience in these environments can also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in computer science, engineering, analytics or similar technical discipline.
• Excellent communications skills. Fluency in English, oral and written, is required with Cantonese and / or Mandarin highly desirable.
