Sales and Partnerships Manager - International

We're Hiring: Partnerships Account Manager - International Joboola is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Partnerships Account Manager to join the business. This role is all about managing and scaling our CPC and CPA partner network — working with job boards, aggregators, traffic suppliers, and recruitment platforms to drive high-quality applications and profitable growth. About the Role You'll own relationships with our existing partners and help us build new ones. The focus is on performance optimisation, traffic quality, conversion rates, and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with current traffic and job supply partners
• Identify and onboard new high-quality CPC and CPA partners
• Monitor performance across clicks, applications, conversions, revenue, and margin
• Work collaboratively with partners to improve traffic quality and results
• Analyse data to identify opportunities and optimise underperforming sources
• Support commercial discussions around volume, pricing, and growth plans What We're Looking For
• Real experience in job boards, recruitment advertising, aggregators, or performance marketing in the jobs space
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, traffic quality, and ROI
• Excellent relationship management and commercial skills
• An analytical mindset and a proactive approach
