About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java and Angular to join Morson Edge's dynamic engineering team. This is a fully remote, permanent position based in the UK, offering the opportunity to work on high-scale applications within a modern AWS cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to lead technical initiatives without necessarily holding a formal management title. As a key contributor, you will influence the technical direction, support fellow engineers, and take ownership of delivering high-quality, scalable products that impact a broad user base. Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience with Java development, demonstrating a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.
• Extensive experience working with TypeScript and Angular, with a solid grasp of building responsive and maintainable front-end applications.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Significant experience working within AWS cloud environments, including deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-native applications.
• Ability to design and develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications suitable for large-scale deployment.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior or peer engineers.
