• Lead UX and UI design for end‑to‑end digital journeys across APAC markets.
• Simplify and reimagine complex multi‑country user flows to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.
• Define customer problems with clarity and accelerate solutioning to drive efficiency and impact.
• Conduct and analyse user research, usability testing, and design thinking cycles to inform platform decisions.
• Collaborate closely with regional business owners, product managers, and developers to align design assets and execution.
• Evolve and maintain the platform's design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and best‑in‑class craft. 🎨 What You Bring
• 6+ years of hands‑on UX/UI experience designing digital platforms or applications.
• Strong mastery of design systems, interaction design, typography, iconography, and composition.
• Expertise in Sketch, Adobe CC, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience in financial services, ecommerce, insurtech/fintech, or start‑ups is a plus.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Skilled in full‑cycle design tasks: research, wireframes, prototypes, testing, and handover.
