Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with the head of the department and a team of paralegals on a varied and interesting caseload.
• Handle complex legal matters ranging from commercial leases to unique projects involving distilleries and wind farms.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including large companies and farming clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor, open to NQs with solid training in Commercial Property. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong background in handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
