Managing Director

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven senior care leader to take ownership of a newly established region within one of the UK's growing care home operators The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO you will have significant autonomy and full accountability for the operational, clinical and commercial performance of the East Anglia region. The successful candidate will lead a senior regional leadership team comprising of Regional , quality and HR/Recruitment support. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role combining the commissioning of new care homes with the delivery of exceptional standards across an expanding portfolio. Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning, mobilisation and successful opening of new purpose-built care homes
• Deliver commercial performance and profitability against budget, ensuring effective financial management and cost control without compromising resident care.
• Ensure high quality clinical governance, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, ensuring homes consistently deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and retention
• Build, inspire and develop a high-performing regional leadership team
• Maintain excellent relationships with regulators, local authorities and other key stakeholders. Requirements
• Must have significant experience at Operations Director or Senior Level appointment
• Proven track record in successfully leading a substantial portfolio
• Appetite for greater ownership, autonomy and influence
• Experienced must be within care homes for older people The Package Salary circa £140-148,000 Bonus Annual performance bonus Location East Anglia – applicants should ideally reside within or close to the region.
