We're looking for an outstanding Event Director to join our growing Live Experience & Events team. 🏁 The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Director of Live Experience & Events, you'll play a senior leadership role in shaping and delivering complex, high-profile events and experiential programmes. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, exceptional event delivery, commercial expertise and team leadership within an ambitious international sports marketing agency. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading exceptional experiences – Oversee complex, high-profile events from initial concept through to successful onsite delivery.
• Driving event strategy – Translate client objectives into compelling, innovative and commercially successful experiences.
• Building senior relationships – Act as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders.
• Inspiring talented teams – Lead, mentor and develop event professionals across multiple projects.
• Delivering operational excellence – Oversee event planning, logistics, guest experience and onsite execution.
• Managing commercial performance – Take responsibility for budgets, suppliers, project scope and profitability.
• Supporting growth – Contribute to pitches, new business opportunities and the development of our Live Experience & Events offering. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced events leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery expertise.
• Significant experience delivering complex, high-profile events or experiential programmes, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events from strategy through to execution.
• Strong senior client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including budget management and project profitability.
• Confidence, creativity and exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work onsite when required. Experience in Formula 1, motorsport, global sporting events or premium brand experiences would be a distinct advantage. Why Join Right Formula?
