Marketplace Operations Coordinator

Role: Marketplace Operations Coordinator Location: Acton, London Type: Permanent | Full-time Salary: Up to £40,000 Marketplace Operations | Amazon | Health, Beauty & Wellness LT Talent is partnering with a growing health, beauty and wellness brand to recruit a Marketplace Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Amazon marketplace experience who wants to take greater ownership of marketplace operations while developing their skills across supply chain, inventory planning and procurement. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of key marketplace and retail accounts, including Amazon, TikTok Shop and major UK retail partners, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock availability is maintained and fulfilment runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Amazon Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations across Amazon Vendor Central, with involvement in a potential future transition to Seller Central.
• Order Management & Fulfilment: Oversee orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Marketplace Operations: Manage orders, product listings, stock availability and operational performance across other retail and marketplace channels.
• Chargebacks & Compliance: Investigate and resolve chargebacks, claims and disputes while ensuring marketplace requirements are met.
• Inventory & Reporting: Monitor stock levels, analyse marketplace performance and provide reporting on sales, fulfilment and availability.
• Supply Chain & Procurement: Support material requirements planning (MRP), purchase orders, supplier coordination and stock replenishment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational challenges, improve processes and maintain product availability. Essential:
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) AND Seller Central (3P).
• Strong understanding of Amazon order management, fulfilment, chargebacks and marketplace compliance.
• Experience managing inventory, stock availability and marketplace reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day operations. Desirable:
• Experience with TikTok Shop, major retail marketplaces or similar platforms.
• Previous experience within beauty, wellness, personal care, FMCG or consumer products.
• Exposure to supply chain, purchasing, procurement or materials planning.
