Business Development Manager

🚨 Business Development Manager – Microsoft & Digital Transformation 📍 Scotland 💰 Up to £105k base + uncapped commission 🎯 £3.75m target, with commission paid on every pound generated WeDo is exclusively supporting a well-established technology consultancy looking to bring in a BDM in Scotland. Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential, alongside a track record of selling digital transformation services. The business is developing more flexible customer solutions and building an advisory practice that's already secured some impressive early wins. There's plenty for the right person to get stuck into. You'll open doors, grow existing accounts and work across the business to bring the right expertise into customer conversations. Developing the Microsoft relationship and spotting opportunities to cross-sell will be a big part of the role. We're looking for someone who:

• Has worked within the Microsoft ecosystem and understands how it operates.
• Brings a good blend of winning new business and developing accounts.
• Works closely with sales, advisory and delivery colleagues.
• Gets involved in industry events and the wider community.
