Finance Operations Manager

FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER Surrey | Hybrid Working | £50,000–£60,000 + Benefits I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Surrey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and driving operational excellence across finance. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations function, managing a team of approximately 8 people across:

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Credit Control & Collections
• Billing & Invoicing Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of 10 across AP, Credit Control and Billing.
• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong financial controls.
• Drive improvements across billing, collections and payment processes.
• Manage KPIs, aged debt, cash collection performance and supplier payments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems and introduce automation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
• Support month-end activities, reconciliations and reporting requirements. What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience managing finance operations, transactional finance or shared services teams.
• Strong knowledge of AP, Credit Control and Billing processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
