Head of Commercial Property | Stafford | Leading Regional Law Firm Location: Stafford (hybrid) I'm recruiting on an exclusive basis for a well-regarded, full-service law firm in Staffordshire that is looking for a Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow its established department. The role

• Lead a busy commercial property team, setting strategy and driving growth
• Manage a varied caseload: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development work, secured lending and portfolio management
• Develop existing client relationships and bring in new work, with strong support from the firm's wider corporate, agricultural and private client teams
• Supervise, mentor and develop fee earners at every level, and help shape the team's future structure
• Take a visible leadership role within the firm and the local business community About you
• Qualified solicitor with substantial commercial property experience (typically 8+ years PQE)
• Previous experience of managing or supervising a team, or a clear readiness to step up into a leadership role
• A strong regional network and a record of business development
• Commercially minded and hands-on, with a collaborative approach What's on offer
