We are looking for two Care Assistants (full-time and part-time) to join our team on Days at Abundant Grace, our luxurious Dementia Nursing Home, in Seaford. Hours: Full-time position of 36hrs per week As a Care Assistant You Will Be

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care. More About You
• Ideally, you'll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
