We're helping one of our clients hire a Growth Lead in Bath. You'll own growth end to end at a fast-growing, mission-led consumer brand selling sustainable home products direct to consumer - every main paid channel, strategy through to execution, with a path to Head of Growth. The role You'll run performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, affiliate networks and more, from strategy through to execution, and own the test and learn roadmap across both acquisition and retention. • Extensive in-house experience at high-growth D2C consumer brands, ideally 3-5 years minimum

• Hybrid, based in Bath - 1 day a week in the Bath office
• Full-time
• Level: mid to senior, 4-8 years
