Rilmac Scaffolding Ltd is looking for an experienced, commercially minded and customer-focused Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join our established management team in Lincoln. With over 100 operatives working on projects nationwide and a reputation built over decades, Rilmac continues to grow and invest in its people, services and capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio of scaffolding contracts, build strong client relationships and play a key role in delivering successful projects across the Midlands and surrounding regions. 🏗️ What will you be responsible for?

• Managing multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet project requirements.
• Monitoring project costs, performance, budgets and programmes.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Identifying variations and additional commercial opportunities.
• Carrying out site visits to monitor quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and operational delivery. 👷 What are we looking for?
• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar construction management role.
• Strong organisational, commercial and project management skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration and cost control.
• A CISRS scaffolding qualification or relevant industry certification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
