Operational Finance Manager

📢 Operational Finance Manager | Fully Remote | North West Based I'm currently looking to speak with qualified finance professionals about an exciting Operational Finance Manager opportunity with a fully remote working arrangement. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of operational finance, drive process improvements and support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Review P&L performance, balance sheet positions and key financial variances
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Own month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and journal postings
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
• Partner with senior operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenging performance where appropriate
• Assist with year-end accounts, audit requirements and statutory reporting
• Maintain and improve financial controls and reporting processes
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc analysis and commercial projects About You
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing management accounts
• Good technical understanding of P&L, balance sheet and month-end accounting
• Comfortable analysing financial performance and presenting findings to senior stakeholders 📍 Location: Fully Remote 💼 Role: Operational Finance Manager
