The Role You'll work closely with experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of insolvency and corporate recovery matters, with responsibilities including:

• Assisting with contentious insolvency proceedings and commercial disputes.
• Supporting claims involving directors' duties, misfeasance and wrongful trading.
• Working on asset recovery, enforcement actions and insolvency-related investigations.
• Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, applications and other court documents.
• Undertaking legal research and analysing complex legal and factual issues.
• Liaising with insolvency practitioners, clients, counsel and other stakeholders.
• Supporting case preparation, litigation strategy and court proceedings.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the successful resolution of disputes. About You We're keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in litigation and are keen to develop their expertise in insolvency and corporate recovery. You might be a newly qualified solicitor or have a few years' experience in litigation, dispute resolution or commercial disputes and be looking to specialise in this area.
