They have built one of the fastest, proven tracks to equity partnership in the market, with clear progression: Manager in 12 months, Senior Manager in 18–24 months, and Equity Partner in 5-7 years (earning £250k+ and become an RI). They are looking for two External Audit Assistant Managers to join their thriving corporate sector team in Central London. The Package & Benefits Base Salary: Up to £56k Bonus amp; Overtime: Up to £8k bonus (market leading) + paid overtime (Total Package: £64k+ in Year 1 plus overtime). What my client is looking for: ACA / ACCA / CA / ICAS fully qualified (or overseas equivalent) from either Top 4, Mid Tier, or SME 2-10 Partner Practice are equally fine. Current or recent in any area of corporate audit background (non-Financial Services). Accounts prep or tax experience with OMB/SME clients is desirable, but by no means essential. Candidates who are a few months or a couple of ACA/ACCA exams from qualifying can also be considered.
