Graduate Associate Consultant – Quantitative Research & Technology Location: Central Cardiff (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office) Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + excellent commission structure My client is a specialist headhunting firm working at the forefront of quantitative research and technology, connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses in the sector. • Research and identify exceptional candidates for opportunities within quantitative research and technology
• Engage with candidates, build relationships and support them throughout the recruitment process
• Develop an understanding of specialist markets and the skills sought by leading businesses
• Use research tools, data and sourcing techniques to identify and approach talent
• Work closely with experienced consultants, receiving full training and ongoing support
• Take ownership of your work, maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and candidate care The Ideal Candidate
