Recruitment Specialist, Banking and Finance - London

We are looking to hire a Researcher / Junior Consultant at Carr Lyons, a specialist financial services recruitment firm based in the City of London. Key Responsibilities:

• Call through our existing recruitment database to confirm and update candidate and client details.
• Identify and approach potential new candidates for specific mandates we are working on.
• Record accurate, high-quality information in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends or opportunities uncovered during calls. Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
