Legal Counsel (NQ–1 PQE) International conglomerate London Permanent role £90K-£100K The Company Our client is a leading international conglomerate with a diverse global portfolio and operations across multiple jurisdictions. The business is seeking a newly qualified solicitor or lawyer with up to 1 year post-qualification experience to join its London-based legal team in a broad role spanning M&A and general commercial matters. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting on M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction document review, disclosures, and completion processes
• Supporting on corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, customer, services, confidentiality, and framework agreements
• Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk, legal obligations, and commercial issues
• Supporting the legal team with post-acquisition integration matters
• Assisting with corporate governance, entity management, and board-related documentation
• Liaising with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions where required
• Contributing to the development of template agreements, internal legal processes, and best practice guidance
• Supporting on wider legal and regulatory matters affecting the business Candidate Profile
• Newly qualified solicitor/lawyer or up to 1 year PQE
• Trained with a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
• Exposure to corporate/M&A
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
• Confident reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
