• High-value private equity investments, leveraged buyouts and international M&A.
• Complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
• Debt and equity capital markets, securitisations and structured finance.
• Cross-border restructurings, joint ventures and sophisticated investment structures.
• Tax structuring for major financial sponsors, alternative investment funds and institutional clients.
