The Role The successful candidate will:

• Teach Biology across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially Key Stage 5.
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and academic achievement.
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to a collaborative and successful Science faculty.
• Monitor progress effectively and provide targeted intervention where required.
• Promote a positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement. The Ideal Candidate You will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it.
• Have strong subject knowledge in Biology.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
