Corporate Lawyer

Elevate is looking to connect with experienced Corporate Lawyers for an upcoming interim opportunity with a leading global financial services and information business. Location: United Kingdom – Remote Engagement: Interim / Contract Length: 3 to 6 months We are particularly interested in candidates with a combination of private practice and in-house legal experience, ideally gained within large corporates or multinational organisations. Key Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate law, M&A and corporate transactions.
• A combination of private practice and in-house experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working with large corporates or multinational businesses would be advantageous.
• Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills, including transaction documentation and due diligence.
• Previous experience within financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal AI tools such as Harvey or Legora is advantageous.
