Corporate Solicitor | FTC (6-12 Months) | Thames Valley / London | Legal 500 Firm A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its close-knit and well-respected team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy corporate team advising a diverse client base. The team works across a range of sectors, including:

• Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences

• Professional Services The successful candidate will have strong experience across the key areas of corporate law, including:
• M&A transactions
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Corporate restructurings
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Corporate governance and advisory work You'll be joining a collaborative and commercially focused team with a strong reputation in the market and a high-quality pipeline of work. The role offers genuine flexibility, with a mix of office, client-facing and remote working, although candidates should be willing to travel to client meetings and attend the office when required. This opportunity would suit a solicitor who can hit the ground running, manage transactions with minimal supervision and make an immediate impact within the team.
