📣 We're hiring: Team Leader | Glasgow Airport 36T HUB | £13.50–£15.00 per hour Great with people? Confident leading a team? Love the energy of airport retail? Join 36T HUB, supporting our team working within the World Duty Free store at Glasgow Airport. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the shop floor, inspire colleagues and help turn great customer experiences into strong sales. What you'll do: ✈️ Motivate, coach and support our team. ✈️ Coordinate shift coverage, duties and breaks. ✈️ Build strong relationships with World Duty Free colleagues and 36T HUB management. ✈️ Keep service, presentation and performance standards high. ✈️ Work brand ambassador shifts as and when required, representing our brand partners, engaging customers and driving sales. What we're looking for: ✅ Retail, hospitality, promotions or customer service experience. ✅ Previous experience leading or supervising a team. ✅ A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills. ✅ Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. ✅ Ability to obtain and maintain an airport airside pass.
