• Leading global SaaS platform specialising in Retail Media and Commerce technology
• Partners with 100+ retailers and marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and Target
• AI-powered technology supporting global brands and agencies
• Fast-growing international business with a strong presence across EMEA The Role
• Lead onboarding and training programmes for Sales and Customer Success teams across EMEA
• Develop tailored learning programmes to support new hires and accelerate performance
• Own and evolve revenue enablement content, resources and training materials
• Partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success leaders
• Identify knowledge gaps and drive continuous learning and development initiatives Desired Experience
• Background in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training or Customer Success within SaaS
• Strong understanding of onboarding, instructional design and adult learning principles
• Confident delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in person
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
