Service Advisor Ipswich Salary:DOE + uncapped bonus (realistic £40,000+ OTE) Hours: MonFri 8:0017:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings A well-established main dealer in Ipswich is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy service department. Youll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
• Communicate clearly with technicians and monitor job progress
• Keep workshop loading and workflow running efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Identify upsell opportunities to support department performance
• Maintain accurate records, warranty processes and compliance What Youll Bring
