Senior Enterprise Risk Manager – Pension Fund £75,000 + Bonus (20%) + DB Pension + Excellent Benefits County Durham; 2 days/week in the office Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Pension Fund administrator in County Durham who have a strong reputation for being an excellent employer and having an exceptional company culture. This is a senior role within their Enterprise Risk team, and prior knowledge of pensions administration is essential. Reporting into the Head of Risk Business Partnering, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the ERM Framework is properly embedded and maintained in the business, as well as related processes. This will involve extensive stakeholder engagement and management as you both support & challenge risk management practices in the 1st line, but also act as a liaison between the business and the Risk Framework team. The business has undergone an exciting and positive period of change in recent years, but this role will be responsible for ensuring that a strong risk culture is promoted which values best practice, innovation and continuous improvement. You will be an experienced Enterprise Risk professional with a strong knowledge of pensions & pensions administration; this is essential. You will also have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and be confident building relationships face-to-face. You must be willing & able to commute into the County Durham office 2 days/week, and have indefinite eligibility to work in the UK in your own right. No visa sponsorships are available for this role. The salary offered is up to £75,000 + bonus (20%) + Defined Benefit Pension + 28 days annual leave + private medical insurance + excellent benefits.
