Maternity Inpatients Ward Manager

We are looking for an experienced midwife to join our current team. You will be responsible for the leadership, management and clinical governance on our inpatient wards, ensuring safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care to our women, birthing people, babies and families. The role will involve providing clinical and operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing, effective patient flow, compliance with maternity and trust policies and standards and improvements in the quality and safety of care. Our Trust is one of England's top-performing and safest trusts. We operate two main acute hospital sites—Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital—along with award-winning clinics across North West London. Our nearly 7,500 staff care for a diverse population of 1.5m, providing full clinical services including maternity, A&E and children's services, plus specialist HIV and sexual health care.
