• Assist in coordinating overall project operations and take primary responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of one service track.
• Deliver frontline outreach, including home visit with YOT colleague, online outreach and community engagement, and build sustained relationships with service users.
• Lead the delivery of group work, family work, parent and carer support, and online outreach.
• Assist with service data collection, record management and outcome evaluation.
• Support the implementation and development of services within the unit and the Association.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work on a shift roster, including daytime, evening and late-night duties.
• Working Location: Kwun Tong and Sham Shui Po Requirement
• Bachelor degree in social work or above. Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
• At least two years of experience in youth outreach or late-night outreach services is an advantage.
• Experience in casework counselling, group work and family work, with sensitivity to self-harm, emotional difficulties and family issues.
• Good interpersonal and situational response skills; good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; proficiency in office computer applications.
• Familiarity with youth digital culture and online engagement approaches; proactive, caring and responsible, with a willingness to take on challenges.
