Working closely with business stakeholders, data and technology teams, and external vendors, you will turn business needs into analytics and AI-enabled solutions and drive adoption on the ground — ensuring every initiative delivers solid, measurable business benefits. • Support end-to-end transformation projects across our O+O business, from planning to go-live
• Translate stakeholder needs into customer-focused data, BI and (Gen) AI use cases
• Collaborate with business, data, technology and vendor teams to keep delivery on track
• Drive AI adoption through practical change management and user enablement
• Coordinate testing, UAT and model or dashboard validation using a scientific, data-driven approach ahead of rollout
• Track benefits realisation and report progress against agreed business outcomes
• Document processes, data definitions and responsible AI ways of working What You'll Bring
• Business analysis or change management experience; retail or consumer-sector exposure is an advantage
• Hands-on experience working with data, technology and vendor teams through delivery
• Analytical thinking and a scientific, data-driven approach to benefits and validation
• Customer-focused mindset and understanding of O+O business needs
• Clear communication that bridges business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborative stakeholder management with data governance awareness
