Property Valuer

Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a well-established and growing estate agency in Cardiff with the recruitment of a Property Valuer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to join a successful residential sales team and play a key role in driving business growth.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 with realistic earnings of up to £60,000 OTE, alongside a car allowance, monthly commission, and an annual growth bonus.

What you'll be doing:

• Generating and attending residential property valuation appointments.
• Winning new instructions and bringing properties to market.
• Acting as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the sales journey.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensuring sales progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
• Providing expert advice on local property values and market conditions.
• Identifying opportunities to support clients with their wider property and financial service requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues across sales and financial services to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through proactive business development and excellent service delivery.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or Residential Sales Negotiator.
• A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market and property values.
• Propertymark qualifications or relevant RICS qualifications would be advantageous.
