Program Manager Location: UK Office, London Years of Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong foundation in Project Management to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across projects.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program status and performance metrics.
• Facilitate program meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Mandatory Skills
• Strong Project Management knowledge and experience, including proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. Preferred Skills
• Experience with program management tools and software.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a program context. Qualifications
