As a Business Analyst within our Transformation Portfolio, you'll play a key role in shaping how we work by identifying opportunities for improvement, delivering meaningful change, and ensuring our technology and processes support our strategic ambitions. Working alongside Project Managers, Analysts and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and deliver lasting business value.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate business needs into effective solutions. You'll analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the design and implementation of change initiatives that align with DWF's strategic objectives.You'll manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are managed and progress is communicated effectively.
