Senior Real Estate Lawyer

A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate into its London team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month+ assignment. This is a great opportunity for a mid-senior level real estate lawyer to join a high-quality practice and work across a broad range of matters. The role will involve: ▪️ Support on property acquisitions and disposals ▪️ Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and related documentation ▪️ Supporting on the real estate aspects of wider corporate and commercial transactions ▪️ Drafting and negotiating documentation ▪️ Working closely with partners, associates and clients across the firm We're particularly keen to speak with qualified lawyers with strong real estate experience gained within a recognised City, national or international practice.
