About The Role This full-time post as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, based in the West Midlands, suits a newly qualified lawyer or one with up to two years' PQE. The successful applicant handles a varied caseload of contentious matters spanning civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution. Duties include managing files independently, advising clients and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high standards of service. Strong communication, negotiation and case management skills are essential, alongside a client-focused approach. A salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum is offered, dependent on experience. This position provides genuine scope to develop litigation expertise within a supportive law firm setting.
