This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in property and lettings.

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Representing Fit Property professionally whilst showing our student accommodation
• Collecting and recording viewing feedback
• Following up with prospective tenants after viewings
• Supporting the office team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
• Conducting property inspections As the role involves travelling between our properties, applicants will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (business mileage will be reimbursed).
• The skills and experience gained will provide a strong foundation for a successful career in the property industry in positions such as Lettings Negotiator or Property Manager About The Training
• Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
