Key Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team, including organizational development, talent pipeline building, and performance management, to ensure team stability and high efficiency.
• Drive core product architecture and key technical decisions, overseeing the design and evolution of core financial systems to ensure high availability, scalability, compliance, and security.
• Optimize R&D processes and engineering efficiency, establishing end-to-end delivery systems and quality assurance mechanisms to continuously improve delivery speed and engineering quality.
• Define the AI technology roadmap and drive the implementation of large language models, intelligent risk control, intelligent investment advisory, and other AI scenarios into production, maximizing the fusion value of technology and business.
• Participate in senior-level technical decision-making, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and translate business objectives into executable technical strategies and implementation plans. Qualifications
• 10+ years of technology R&D and management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (ED/MD level or equivalent). Fintech background preferred.
• Deep expertise in system architecture, with proven experience in designing, refactoring, and governing high-concurrency, high-availability financial-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience in AI engineering and implementation, familiar with large language models, algorithm platforms, or data intelligence applications in financial business scenarios.
• Excellent management and communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in building and operating wealth management or securities trading mobile applications, with deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle from user acquisition to transaction settlement. Nice to Have
• Experience working with licensed financial institutions (SFC, SEC, etc.).
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Mobile app (iOS/Android/Flutter) development experience.
