Finance Business Partner Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 Qualification: Part-qualified or Qualified The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing consultancy business in London. This is a varied role supporting multiple business units, providing financial reporting, management information and analysis to help drive business performance and profitability. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and financial planning, translating financial data into meaningful insights that support commercial decision-making. Candidates with experience in professional services or consultancy environments would be particularly well suited to this opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting and management information across multiple business units.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigating variances and highlighting key trends.
• Conduct cost analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor business unit performance and profitability, providing insights to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to explain financial results and challenge performance where appropriate.
• Develop reporting and analysis to improve financial visibility and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy and commercial outcomes. About You
• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in management accounting, FP&A, financial analysis or finance business partnering.
• Experience within a professional services or consultancy business would be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Commercially minded, with an appreciation of cost drivers, business performance and profitability.
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights.
